My name is Jace Rusch, the owner of Rusco Investments. I was born and raised in Lake Havasu City, AZ so I have a great understanding of this town, its real estate, and its people, as I have watched Lake Havasu grow over the years.

Next, I discuss with the seller an offer they feel is fair in consideration of the expenses and repairs the house needs to figure out a price and get the house into the escrow process.
